are 3 ground floor rooms, all en-suite with bath and shower.
The residents lounge, bar and dining room are all situated on the
ground floor.
There is a public phone on the ground floor.
Access from the ground floor to the gardens and car park is on the
level.
Dogs can be accepted in two of our ground floor rooms, by prior
arrangement and all house rules must be adhered to regarding dogs.
