The Burghfield team is full of characters
- some larger than life. Your holiday with us will be an experience

of our guests have been coming for over 20 years. Some have met
their future partners here - and a number can call themselves
Burghfield babies having been conceived here! They return for
the "crack", the atmosphere and the personal contacts.

Robbie Mackay - Head Gardener
It's the early bird that catches the
worm - Robbie is out rain or shine at 6.30am to tend his beloved
garden. If that's too early for you, catch him in the bar on
Saturday lunch time, for Gardener's Question Time.
Carole Cuthbert - General Manager
Carole rejoined the Burghfield as
General Manager in February 2000. Carole brings a wealth of hotel
experience as well as direct knowledge of the Burghfield. Please
let her know how the team can make your holiday better!
Euan Currie - Mine Host
After 40 years "behind the bar"
he doesn't know how to go home - ask Joan his wife! He might
not remember your name "boing, boing, boing" but he
knows what you drink! Euan will introduce you to the other guests
- but watch out, this may change your life. Friendships made
