This is the first IIP assessment that the company has gone through following the change of management 18 months ago. Direct Debit Payment Option Since the launch of our broadband services we've been able to offer Direct Debit as a payment option. We've had some customers approach us to ask if they could pay for their annual hosting services in this way so we thought we'd offer this to everyone as a whole.   If you'd like to have your annual services automatically billed in future please contact our accounts department for more details or to set up an arrangement. These restrictions can be frustrating and mean that you have to route your outgoing mail via the broadband provider's server.   There is a way for you to bypass these mechanisms - by routing your mail through us using different port settings. Any of our helpdesk team would be happy to talk you through this if you'd like to update your settings - just call us on 01381 600580 or email support@cali.co.uk for more details.   We'd also like to make it clear that we do not place any similar restrictions on our own broadband services - we leave the choice to you rather than imposing a preferred method.
