* * Maternity News * * As some of you may already know, one of our team is currently expecting. Lisa Mackay is due to start on her maternity leave in mid to late October, so will therefore be out of the office for a few months. We'd like to wish her and the newborn (when he or she arrives) all the very best. We're pleased to say that we now have a new employee who will be working with us while Lisa is on maternity leave, and will possibly remain with us on a permanent basis once Lisa returns. We'd therefore like to introduce you to Jo Donald who is taking on the role of Support and Sales Administrator. We're sure that you'll all soon get to know her and that she'll help with any queries that you might have if you get in touch with our team. |
* * The Latest Domain Scams * * Unfortunately there is always someone out to make a buck on the internet, we would therefore like to urge caution in relation to any emails you might receive in relation to renewal of your domain names. There are several organisations who send emails, making it appear to be an invoice for a renewal to prompt you into paying them for services. Sometimes they'll be looking to take the money and run, others will be attempting to get your approval to do a transfer by making it look like a standard renewal. We've put an example of one of the current scams doing the rounds online so that you can take a look at the sort of tactics being used. If you ever receive an email that you're not sure about - please feel free to get in touch with us and we'll be able to confirm whether or not it's a genuine message.
