Nominet Allow for Multi Year Registration Periods
Nominet, the governing body for .uk domain names, have changed their registration and renewal policies to bring them in line with other national registries. They now allow us to have registration and renewal periods up to 10 years, just like we can with .coms currently - previously the only option was a 2 year registration period.
Calico's policy has always been to renew automatically unless we receive a cancellation request, so your domain will always be yours for as long as you want it. However, should you wish to have peace of mind, and want to extend your domain name registration (whatever the ending), let us know by emailing info@cali.co.uk or calling our team on 01381 600580. For exentions of 3 years or more we'll give you a 10% discount on the domain registration part of your service package.
